The Carbon Monoxide detector is connected to a relay which interrupts power to your stoker when Carbon Monoxide exceeds safe levels. The unit consists of a 6′ power cord for connection to an outlet, and a 18″ female power cord to plug the Leisure Line Stoker Coal-Trol power cord into. The Carbon Monoxide detector is mounted on a electrical connector box which contains the relay. It comes all prewired and requires mounting to the wall behind the stove.
